KIDS CLUB RULES
Kids Club is open from 10am to 8.00pm on weekdays and 9am to 8pm on weekends for children from 4 to 14 years old
The first hour is complementary for all in-house guests. For additional hours, the guest will be charged AED 50/ hour per child, AED 250 for 6 hours, AED 400 for a full day.
Children below 4 years old must be supervised by parents/ guardians at all times.
Children who are unwell must not use the facilities. Any disabilities or health concerns should be reported to the Kids Club team
Parents should complete and Sign-In/sign-Out their children in the registration form at the Kids Club.
No Shoes or slippers to be worn indoors, socks must be worn at all times.
No food, drinks, sweets or gums are allowed in the play area.
No photography is allowed in the Kids Club.
Personal items must be left with parents/guardians. Sharp objects and jewellery must not be taken into the play area/kids club.
Children are not allowed to leave the kids club without the supervision of their parents/guardian.
Parents personally take their children and sign the child “out” in the registration form.
All person using the Kids Club do so at their own risk.
The Hotel accepts no liability for any loss, injury or fatality associated with the use of the facilities.
All kids must be picked up by their parents at exactly 8:00 pm. Failure to do so, the guest shall be charged the normal rate.
